About Grasshopper Inn
The “Inn” was established in 1971 by Nancy and Sonny Paddock and was originally known as the “Bedspread”. In its early days it was painted bright red and was decorated throughout with red crushed velvet. The back bars were transported from the Stockman Bar in Dillon and refinished by James Bertino. The Budweiser player piano was a gift from Dan Carpita, the local Bud distributor in Dillon, as opening gift to the Paddocks. It has resided in the Inn ever since.
We have 10 motel rooms, all with 2 queen beds, a full service restaurant operating 12 months a year, gas and diesel, an ATM machine, an internet café, a full service bar, and 4 casino gaming machines. You can see more details about the Inn at grasshopperinnmt.com.
